You are not an accident. You did not happen by chance. You were created on purpose by God! He loves you more than you can ever imagine. And he wants you to know that love – not just hear about it, but actually experience it.
Do you know the love of your Maker
…not just intellectually,
but do you actually experience it?
If not, God wants to show you his love! He doesn’t want you to believe in words alone. He wants to demonstrate his love for you personally. But he’s waiting for you to ask. He’s not going to force himself on you. He’s waiting for you to enter into his love through the “door” he’s provided – Jesus Christ.
THE WAY TO GOD’S LOVE

“I am the door,” said Jesus,
“I am the way to God.
“If you knew me,
you would know God,
my Father, as well.
“Whoever loves me
will be loved by my Father,
and I too will love him
and will make myself real to him.”
Based on John 10:9, 14:6, 8:19 & 14:21
God sent Jesus Christ to invade history in order to make it possible for you to know his love. Jesus is a living picture of God’s love. The life he lived here on earth – his words, his actions – are demonstrations of the extent of God’s love for you. His death on the cross is the price paid to make it possible for you to access that love. And his resurrection testifies that his claims about himself and about God’s love for you are all true.
OPEN YOUR HEART AND
LET GOD’S LOVE IN

So, if you are hungry for God’s love, get to know Jesus. Open your heart to him and God’s love will come pouring in as well. The idea of getting to know someone who lived so long ago may sound strange, but if you reach out to Jesus in prayer, you will find that he is actually still very much alive! Though you can’t see him with your eyes, his Spirit is present with you right now and he will hear you when you call. So, go ahead … open your heart and invite him into your life. And this is what he has promised,
“Look! I stand at the door [of your heart] and knock.
If you hear my voice and open the door,
I will come in!”
Revelation 3:20

You may be wondering, What does that look like in real life? What can I expect when I open my heart and life to Christ? The Bible describes it this way:
You will be filled with the faith and love that comes from Christ Jesus. Then you will really be able to feel and understand the amazing, endless love of Christ practically, through personal experience.
Also, the grace of God (his favor) will be poured out on you in abundance, so that you will be able to have the richest experience of God’s presence in your life.
And as you learn to follow his ways, he will lead you along the best paths of your life.
Based on 1Timothy 1:14, Ephesians 3:18-19

May the Lord bless you with his love. May he lead your heart into a full understanding and expression of the love of God that comes from Christ.
May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love; and may you be able to feel and understand, as all God’s children should, how long, how wide, how deep, and how high his love really is.
May you experience this love for yourselves, though it is so great that you will never see the end of it or fully know or understand it. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
Now glory be to God, who is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of—infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes—by his mighty power at work within us.
Amen
